Extensive and thorough training, which led to the establishment of the Gwynedd Facilitators’ Network, gave rise to me gaining experience of facilitating participative processes. By now my professional experience extends to planning and facilitating workshops to review all types of projects and partnerships, establish new partnerships, consult on initiatives or major changes with the public and devise strategies with stakeholders. I take the greatest pleasure in planning processes from the beginning which entail a series of meetings and/or other participative methods.
