Establishing partnerships

Flying Start initiative, Gwynedd – plan and run a round of three local stakeholder workshops to plan expenditure and to set up local partnerships to implement this Welsh Assembly Government initiative. Also plan and run an all county review workshop.

	Big Lottery Fund’s 'Mentro Allan' programme - facilitate a meeting of stakeholders in North Wales and plan and facilitate meetings of four proposed local partnerships to manage 'Mentro Allan' projects in North Wales.
	Flying Start initiative, Môn – plan and run a series of two stakeholder workshops to plan expenditure and to set up a local partnership to implement this Welsh Assembly Government initiative in Cybi.
	Older People’s Partnership, Gwynedd – plan and run a series of workshops as a process to set up the partnership.

Reviewing partnerships and projects

North Wales Outdoor Partnership – plan and run a workshop and prepare a report to review the work of the partnership during the previous three years and plan a direction for developing the initiative as a basis for bidding for money in order to continue with the initiative.

	Rural Gwynedd and Conwy Development Strategies – plan and run workshops and prepare reports to review aims and objectives of the strategies in order to ensure they are current and appropriate for the economic circumstances of the day.
	Flying Start, Anglesey – plan and run a workshop and prepare report to review this initiative, initiated by the Welsh Assembly Government, and to agree priorities for expenditure for the duration of the initiative.
	DCP Wales – plan and run annual workshops to review the work of DCP Wales (Division of Clinical Psychology) and to agree a way forward with actions for the future.
	Children and Young People’s Partnerships, Gwynedd – plan and run a series of workshops reviewing operation and structure and agreeing on revised structure.
	WDA’s Community Toolkit - plan and facilitate a review of networking meetings of the ‘Mentrau’ (Initiatives) funded by the WDA.
	‘Cyfrwng’ Project, Cymad - plan and facilitate a good practice workshop for adult Welsh language tutor-organisers
	Health, Well Being and Social Care Partnership, Gwynedd – plan and run a workshop reviewing operation and structure.
	Genesis, Anglesey – review this Welsh Assembly Government initiated project on the island and agree priorities for the duration.

Strategies and business plans

Tai Cantref housing corporation – plan and facilitate an away day for board members to start devising a new business plan which responds to the challenges of the day and develops the Corporation into the future.

	Strategy for the Arts, Gwynedd – plan and run a series of two workshops to devise a strategy for the arts for the county of Gwynedd.
	Conwy’s Community Strategy - plan and facilitate a workshop on transport.
	Homelessness Strategy, Gwynedd – plan and run an initial workshop for a new strategy.

Consultation

All Wales Convention – plan and run a workshop to ascertain the views of members of local voluntary groups in North West Wales on the possibility of the Welsh Assembly Government gaining new powers in the future.

	Llyn Landscape Partnership – plan and run drop-in sessions and prepare a report on ideas and proposals garnered from members of the communities of the Llyn Peninsula on how to celebrate and conserve the heritage and culture of the Llyn as a basis for a successful bid for funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund for a three year initiative.
	Gwynedd Council’s Savings Strategy – plan and run a series of meetings with members of the public and staff in order to ascertain views and opinions on specific proposals being considered as part of the Council’s strategy to save money.
	Tai Eryri housing corporation re-structuring – facilitate staff conference to ascertain the opinions of staff on the proposed new staff structure and to agree a way foward.
	Coed Ysgubor Wen, Tywyn – plan and run a consultation process and prepare a report for the Woodland Trust in order to ascertain views amongst the local community regarding establishing a new woodland near Llanegryn and to propose a way forward.
	Gwynedd and Anglesey Care and Repair restructuring – plan and facilitate a workshop for the staff of Gwynedd and Anglesey Care and Repair agencies and members of the board of Canllaw Eryri to discuss changes as a result of setting up one umbarella company and to agree on a way forward.
	Reorganisation of Primary Schools, Gwynedd – co-plan and run a round of consultation meetings with parents and governers in seven catchment areas in rural Gwynedd as part of the process of undertaking a reorganisation of primary schools.

Improving co-operation

'Bwrlwm Eryri' – plan and run a series of workshops for the steering group of this cultural heritage project within Snowdonia National Park.

Gwynedd Social and Housing Services – plan and run a workshop to improve co-operation between these two vital services.

Open Space

Run two conferences using the open-space technique - one for the voluntary sector and Gwynedd Council and one for the Anglesey Forum and the Carnegie Trust.

Employed Experience - Interpretation Officer, Countryside Council for Wales

	Plan and facilitate internal meetings on a variety of topics and at a variety of levels within the organisation.
	Plan and facilitate workshops and external meetings as part of a consultation process on a variety of work areas such as the Countryside Code.
	Participate in appropriate fora and partnerships, and create and co-ordinate project groups.
